Perseus Group Acquires “Cake” and “Journey by Cake” Businesses

Toronto, Canada, June 26, 2019 — Perseus Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), has acquired Cake and Journey by Cake businesses (“Cake”) for performance marketing.
